9-16-11 Bud's Report - We spent a nice afternoon on the lake going 6 for 8 in 160 to 175 feet of water, all our hits came on spoons 90 to 115 feet down. Spoons that worked well were a purple dream weaver that took three hits and green and orange fuzzy bears had two hits each. All came on the downriggers we had no hits on lead core or dipsys, the fish were two and three year olds.
9-1-11 Bud's Report - Fishing is as good as it gets, went 6 for 9 using J-Plug, Spindoctors and spoons, many boats report catching fish in 80' to 160' 40 to 140 down if you like catching big kings better get out there
Aug-29-11 Don's Report - Got lines in the water about 6:20 and had our first 2 fish in the boat before we got all our lines down. We went 8 for 10 in 80 to 95 feet of water about 50 feet down. We did well with the led core lines as well.

Aug-27-11 Bud's Report - As you can see by the pictures we had another great day of fishing. The fish seem to be all over right now. We had our best luck in 95 to 115 feet of water fishing 45 to 80 feet down on the riggers and the dipseys were set back at 150 feet. We fished mostly spinnys and the color didn't seem to matter, blue, green and black all took fish. We ended up 8 for 11 with one going 23lbs. We broke off a lot of stuff, time to redo some lines

Aug-15-11 Bud's Report - We had a great time fishing this morning going 10 for 14 in 110 to 130 feet of water, most of the fish came on riggers down 45 to 55 feet a couple on dipsy divers 120' back on blue spinys with a blue fly, the rest came on spoons, bloody nose and blue dolphin were the best. I would say if you want to catch fish this is a good time to fill the freezer.

June-27-11 Bud's Report - Fishing has been quite slow for salmon lately - on a brighter note the summer run steelhead are hitting shrimp off the pier's , fishing with a bobber works the best
June-4-11 Bud's Report - We were 4 for 9 on the June 2nd. Best depth was in 90 feet of water from 30 to 70 feet down some nice kings Dreamweaver anything, with blue or green and wonder bread. Went out of Grand Haven yesterday with another friend and we went 9 for 11 same lures.

May-12-11 Bud's Report - We got out this afternoon for a little salmon fishing. We caught a steelhead and a king in 80 feet of water the steelhead came on top with a orange and green Fuzzy Bear spoon and the king came down 70 feet on a green Dreamweaver spoon.
